Terms of Use
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Changzhou Ziniao Advertising Technology Co., Ltd. for the OratorOne app. By downloading or using OratorOne you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use OratorOne on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, resell, rent out, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
2. Accounts
You can use OratorOne without an account. Signing in with Apple or with an email code creates an account so your practice, subscription and progress follow you between devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account; deletion is permanent.
3. Subscriptions, free trial and cancellation
OratorOne is free to use with daily limits. OratorOne Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that raises those limits and unlocks the full catalogue.
| Plan | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | 1 month | $9.99 |
| Quarterly | 3 months | $19.99 |
| Annual | 12 months | $39.99 |
Auto-renewal. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. The trial converts into a paid subscription at the price above unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. After that, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Unused trial time. If you subscribe before a free trial ends, the remaining trial period is forfeited.
Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars and vary by region and local tax; the price shown in the app at the moment of purchase is the price that applies. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you before a change affects you.
Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are governed by Apple’s policies and are requested from Apple, not from us.
Points earned in the app can be redeemed for 30 days of Pro access. Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and we may adjust or remove points obtained through abuse of the invite system.
4. What the coaching is, and what it is not
Coaching reports, scores and script rewrites are generated automatically by an AI model. They are practice feedback, not professional, medical, educational, legal or career advice, and they can be wrong. Scores are an indication of how a recording was delivered, not an assessment of you, and they do not predict how any real interview, presentation or conversation will go. Use your own judgement before acting on anything the app tells you.
Transcription accuracy depends on your microphone, accent and surroundings. OratorOne coaches English delivery and is not a language-proficiency test or certification.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your recordings, transcripts and drafts. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store that content, send it to our AI provider to produce your report or rewrite, and show it back to you. We do not use your recordings to train models, and we do not publish them. How long we keep content is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use OratorOne to record anyone without their knowledge where the law requires their consent, to submit content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights, to attempt to bypass usage limits or payment, or to probe, overload or interfere with our systems. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. The app depends on third-party services and on your network, so we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we discontinue a paid feature materially, we will give notice and, where required, a pro-rata refund through Apple.
8. Maintenance and support
We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for OratorOne. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Contact service@oratorone.com.
9. Warranty
Except where the law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, OratorOne is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to OratorOne. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.
10. Claims and liability
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to OratorOne or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. We are also responsible for investigating and defending any third-party claim that OratorOne infringes intellectual property rights.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
12. Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and on your acceptance of them Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection law of the country in which you live.
